No with possibly some exceptions.
Usually the answer is no because the spammers don’t usually honor the unsubscribes and you end up confirming your email address and just getting more spam.
It’s also the safest option.
I have a lot of experience with fighting spam and you can tell sometimes that something is certainly spam and other times it might be from a politician that probably got a list from another you get newsletters from. Usually spammers (not scammers though) will not provide a way to contact them. You might get a link to some website and it will have no number, nothing. This is because of people like me that will call them and complain about their spam. They don’t like that. I don’t like spam so I’m ok with that.
Sometimes a business often a small business may get duped into buying an email list. If this happens they probably have all kinds of contact info on their website and it’s probably ok to unsubscribe or you could just report them.
